Samantha Blake is the current General Manager of the Humanitarian Settlement and Asylum Seeker programs at AMES Australia. Samantha is responsible for leading the delivery of the Settlement Programs across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
Samantha has worked with AMES for over 9 years, commencing as Contracts Manager in Employment portfolio before transitioning to AMES Settlement. Samantha has extensive management experience within both the public and private sectors.
Samantha brings a wealth of experience having worked with multicultural communities for over 20 years and is dedicated to the achievement of social and economic inclusion, and belonging for refugees and migrants in Australia.
Samantha’s specialist areas of interest and expertise include successful ongoing employment outcomes, mental health in CALD communities, and crisis management.
