Jesuit Social Services (JSS)’ origins date back to 1977, when it opened a small hostel called Four Flats for young men after their release from youth justice centres and prisons. Today its work revolves around some of the most difficult and demanding areas of human service, including crime, addiction, mental illness, suicide bereavement, long-term unemployment and entrenched social disadvantage.

JSS provides settlement and community building programs to support newly arrived families and young people from culturally diverse background.

JSS provides SGP services such as case management and community development
