While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, booth allocation is not guaranteed and will be determined based on order of applications received and partnership level. SCOA reserves the right to make final booth assignments to ensure the best overall experience for exhibitors and attendees. Confirmation of your assigned booth will be provided in due course. Payment Information
A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of this application. Full payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. An instalment plan may be considered (subject to conditions).

Terms & Conditions

• Partnership and Exhibition applications must be received on the official Application Contract Form. A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of your application.
• Full payment must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. An instalment plan may be considered (subject to conditions), please contact the Conference organiser directly.
• Partnership will not be confirmed until a signed application and full payment is received.
• SCOA reserves the right, at their total discretion, to decline any application.
• All payments must be made in Australian dollars.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
• If full payment is not received by the due date, SCOA has the right to decline the application.
• All prices quoted exclude GST.

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation request is submitted in writing.
• The reason for the cancellation is, in the opinion of SCOA, well founded.
• The Partner or Exhibitor agrees that SCOA shall retain 50% of the contract price if the cancellation is accepted between six (6) and two (2) months prior to the Conference, or 100% of the contract price if the cancellation is accepted less than two (2) months prior to the Conference.
• Cancellation will not be considered if SCOA deems that partnership or exhibitor entitlements have already been provided.

• By submitting this application, I confirm that:
• I have read and understood the Terms & Conditions outlined in this application form.
• I acknowledge that submission of this application does not guarantee approval or specific exhibition space allocation, as all applications are subject to review by SCOA.
• I understand that partnership and exhibition spaces are only confirmed upon full payment of the invoiced amount.
• By typing my full name below, I acknowledge that this serves as my electronic signature, legally binding me to the terms of this agreement.
