Petronella joins the SCoA team from the humanitarian frontline. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, using her background to help guide the sector with advocating for and implementing policies and projects that promote positive settlement outcomes for refugees and migrants.
Petronella holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in International Law and the Law of International Organizations from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She is also a holder of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Petronella worked as a lawyer in private legal practice for five (5) years. She then joined the international humanitarian space in early 2016 and worked to deliver international protection and solutions for refugees and asylum-seekers in Africa.
