Joumana Nassar

Joumana has over 20 years’ experience working in Office Management and Administration. During this time Joumana also worked part-time as a teacher/trainer with Tafe NSW teaching Business Administration, Training and Assessment and Desktop Publishing courses. Joumana was also part of a team involved in developing courses for OUTREACH programs structured specifically to youth and regional migrant groups to allow for skilled training in small business operations, work-place participation and full qualification. Prior to this Joumana worked in publishing, working as senior graphic designer for New Limited newspapers in Sydney and then as a graphics editor for Rural Press Regional Newspapers and the NSW Snowy Time Magazine. During her years of work, Joumana has managed, taught and worked alongside people from various cultures and socially diverse backgrounds.

Joumana is currently in her final year of study in Counselling and will be majoring in Youth and Family Therapies. She is hoping her knowledge and understanding of the sector will assist her with working more effectively in her new position.
