Things to know before you get started
- The nomination deadline is midnight, 1 October 2024
- Nominations must be submitted electronically using this nomination form
- The Awards will be judged by an independent panel
- Finalists will be announced on 1 November 2024
- The decision of the judging panel is final and cannot be appealed
- All winners will be announced publicly at the Outstanding Settlement Contribution Awards ceremony
- The Outstanding Settlement Contribution Awards ceremony will be held on 27 November at Old Parliament House
- Condition of entry – winners are to make themselves available to attend the Awards ceremony unless there are exceptional circumstances

Eligibility criteria
Nominees must:
- Reside and be working or volunteering in Australia
- Be part of a community or volunteer organisation, service provider, government agency or business
Nominators cannot be a referee on the same nomination
Referees cannot be the nominator on the same nomination
Nomination Steps
- Select Category for nomination
- Provide details on the nominee, nominator and contributors
- Provide information on the reasons for nomination
- Provide contact details for two (2) referees
- Provide additional attachments, if appropriate
