CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Changes/Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to scoa2025nsc@bkaevents.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted.

The following refunds on registration fees will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

On or before 31 July 2025 – 50% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or after 1 August 2025 – No refund available.

The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

No refund will be made after 31 July however, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.

Where there are extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of SCOA.

In the case that the event has to be postponed due an extreme and unforeseen event, all tickets will be fully transferable to the new date.
