Rainbow Coast Neighbourhood Centre (RCNC) is an organisation working across Albany and the Great Southern Region of WA for over 35 years. Their work spans a broad range of supports, including migrant settlement assistance through the SETS program (since 2007) and WA Job Connect for skilled workers; family and children’s services; small socially supportive childcare; and community development driven by Asset-Based Community Development principles.

Their team delivers individualised case work and offer practical, strengths-based assistance to help individuals and families navigate their new environment and build a strong foundation for life in regional WA. They also run targeted settlement workshops on essential topics such as housing, employment, health, education, and civic participation.
