Cultural Diversity Network Inc. (CDNI) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering multicultural communities—particularly newly arrived migrant and refugee women. Our mission is to foster a sense of belonging, independence, and social inclusion through education, employment, and community connection.

Over the years, CDNI has delivered a wide range of impactful programs tailored to the unique needs of diverse communities. We have implemented settlement and integration programs that address the practical challenges faced by newly arrived migrants and refugees.

CDNI also provides support for individuals experiencing domestic and family violence (DFV), particularly within migrant and refugee communities. This includes culturally responsive case management and awareness programs that equip women with the knowledge and resources to protect themselves and access support services confidently.

These programs have been well-received and have made a meaningful impact by helping individuals build resilience, access essential services, and establish strong community connections. Through our work, CDNI continues to play a vital role in supporting the successful settlement and empowerment of multicultural communities across Western and South West Sydney.

CDNI was endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) in 2022.
