The Dubbo Neighbourhood Centre Inc., operating as Connecting Community Services is a community based NGO working in cooperation with Dubbo City Council, along with State and Federal Government agencies to care for the disadvantaged in the City of Dubbo Local Government area and providing support for the surrounding shires of Wellington, Narromine and Gilgandra.
Dubbo Neighborhood Centre through its migration support program offers support through advocacy, educational / social groups, assistance and opportunities for referrals, and service information. The Migration program supports migrants that are from non-English speaking backgrounds, have been in Australia for less than 5 years and are on a permanent residency visa.
