Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council (BRMC) provides opportunities for people of all cultural backgrounds to come together by offering community programs and services such as office services (computer and internet, printing and photocopying), member services, migrant English classes, senior services and Diversity Homework club.
The organisation plays a major role in providing direct settlement service delivery. BRMC works closely with refugees and migrants. They provide assistance and advocacy representation for newly arrived migrants and refugees. Their projects include a partnership with Ballarat Community Health to deliver settlement services, delivery of Commonwealth House Support Services, delivery of Home and Community Care, and delivery of Strategic Multicultural Capacity Building.
