WORKING 4 VICTORIA PROJECT – SUPPORTING CULTURALLY AND LINGUISTICALLY DIVERSE COMMUNITIES (CALD)
We are very excited to be leading a Victoria wide collaborative project involving eleven multicultural agencies supporting CALD people and communities impacted by COVID-19.
The objectives of this project are to:
Create jobs covering regional and rural communities as well as metropolitan Melbourne
Engage local CALD communities and provide support to unmet needs arising from COVID19
Create culturally appropriate information (web enabled, social media, translated materials, live webinars and video content) that is tailored to specific communities, and disseminated to those communities
Support and target jobs growth and future employment prospects for these communities
Spectrum’s role in the project is to provide project governance, coordination, evaluation and create and manage print and digital media communications content. CALD community members will be actively engaged and will benefit from the project.
Each of our Victorian agency partners will be responsible for recruiting and managing the positions created in their local areas.

Extensive experience and knowledge of HR/recruitment; training and industry experience and networks; experience working with people from a culturally and linguistically diverse and/or disadvantaged background.
Experience working with CALD communities and cultural awareness; proficiency in English and one or more other community language/s.
