FECCA Access & Equity Survey

The Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Councils of Australia (FECCA) is producing a comprehensive Access and Equity report looking into the experiences of people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds in accessing – finding and using – Government services.

Government services such as Centrelink, Aged Care, Employment Services and so on aim to be inclusive and accessible to all Australians, including the CALD community who may have additional barriers to access. The Government is looking for improvements to these services and your experiences can inform and improve these in the future.

To help inform FECCA’s Access and Equity report, we would like to hear from CALD community members about their experiences with finding and using Government services.

The survey is designed to hear your experiences and suggestions for improvements. The survey will  take about 10-15 minutes to complete. All the information you provide will be confidential and anonymous.

If you need assistance completing the survey, ask a trusted person or contact Dr. Janecke Wille, Policy & Projects officer at FECCA if you prefer to share your experience over the phone. To help inform and improve the report, FECCA would like to hear from as many people as possible from different communities. Please forward this email to anyone who might like to contribute to this important work.

Thank you for your contribution and assistance.
