HSP Case Manager

The HSP Case Manager will work collaboratively with other MRC Tas programs and relevant external agencies to provide holistic, strengths-based case management, information and referral services.

This role will report to the HSP Team Leader and will provide quality case management and needs-based, individualised services to HSP clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong case management and administration skills as well as values of social justice, dignity and respect.

HSP Support Worker

This is an opportunity to work with new humanitarian entrants to assist in their orientation of Launceston.

HSP Support Workers are guided by HSP Case Managers to assist and provide support to clients to enable them to access appropriate services.  This can include meeting new arrivals at the airport and showing them their new house and amenities, using computer skills to provide administration support or talking to other service providers.
