Griffith University is offering a training program on child sexual abuse and CALD communities. This follows the The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse (2013–2017).
The program is primarily designed for service providers in sexual assault and domestic violence organisations (such as counselors, social workers, and psychologists), however GPs, psychiatrists, and relevant program trainers, researchers, and policy-makers are also invited to attend as the content is relevant to their work.
To help build knowledge and capacity in the services sector, a cultural competency education program has been developed and will be delivered in three cities:

• Sydney: Wednesday 27 March 2019, 8.30-1pm, Waldorf Parramatta Apartment Hotel
